  • Developed a syllabus and trained office personnel for Microsoft Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, and Word 2007. 

  • Dr. Meis has an additional company, Apogee Dental Network, and my suggestion was “Going Green”, by using a software program in the form of a CD, to send to his clients instead of printing off numerous sheets of paper, which would also in turn cut costs.

  • Developed the software installation program, the look, layout, and content for this software.

  • Dr. Meis wanted to place my training syllabus on this program to send to his clients. To solve this issue, a digital training video was created to assist his clients in learning the new software programs from Microsoft.
